This unique property, built around 1910 by the famous builder Ernst Epstein, is located in Vienna's 7th district of “Neubau”. Kandlgasse is being redeveloped, renovated and the roof extended. The main focus of this project was on presenting the diversity of the renovated building and its urban luxury.
