Palais Kolin

In the Kolingasse in the 9th district, not far from the Schottenring with its magnificent historic buildings and blossoming tree-lined avenues, a beautiful Wilhelminian style building from 1872 was extensively revitalized to a high standard in the triangle between the Votive Church, the Old Stock Exchange and the Rossauer Barracks. The historic building with its elegantly designed facade was renovated and upgraded through the conversion of the large roof area: This offers space for luxurious top floor apartments with dreamlike terraces, which offer their new residents a spectacular panoramic view over the city.
