Kandlhof

This unique property, built around 1910 by the famous master builder Ernst Epstein, is located in Vienna’s 7th district “Neubau”. In Kandlgasse, new developments are being made, renovated and the roof expanded. The main focus of this project was to show the diversity of the renovated building and its urban luxury.
