Tasks
- Support of the entire team
- Our phone rings from time to time, Amazon delivers regularly
- You meditate while preparing the bookkeeping
- You have a good eye for HR, sales and controlling
- You are motivated and suggest improvements to processes and structures
- You are a professional at coordinating appointments for management
- You are on first name terms with suppliers
- You look for and order the best consumables
- You receive and look after our guests as if you were your own.
- You are communicative, structured and self-employed, have very good Office skills such as Word and Excel.
- And in order to understand us well, your knowledge of German should be at level C2 and your English should also be good

Fee
- Salary: EUR 1,500 gross/month, overpayment depending on qualifications and experience
